With a background in biomedical data science, Alice is driven by a passion for developing computational tools that address complex biological challenges. Teaching experience

Alice Yu has an extensive experience mentoring and teaching with a strong background in life sciences, data science, and entrepreneurship. She was a teaching assistant for multiple Stanford graduate-level courses, including Computational Analysis of Biological Information, Modeling Biological Systems, and Precision Practice in Big Data. She has also mentored high school through graduate-level students in various research internal and published oncology-focused bioinformatics projects. Outside of academia, she has guided many research scientists at startups within drug discovery and development space.
